My first stake out!

Background - I found a property on Auction.com that I was VERY interested in purchasing on the Fulton County Court House steps on Sept 6th, 2016. So I followed the advice of my fellow investors at GA REIA and decided to try and find out more about the property by talking to some of the neighbors. The video above is from my first stake out!

Follow up - My partner and I ran the numbers and put an offer together to present the home owner. Unfortunately he would not answer the door, even though we could see that he was home :(. So we wrote him a hand written note and put it on his truck windshield. We then waited and hoped he would reach out to us. But he did not :(. The good news, is that his house was pulled from the auction at the last minute. So I am hoping he was able to get something worked out and can live there a long while! Maybe one day we will find out! But I am glad I have my first stake out under my belt! :)
