Fired by my real estate agent!

I was fired today by the real estate agent I had met with a total of two times - one hour each meeting. I just updated him that I have found a partner I am going to work with for my first one or two flips, and using her agent for that. But afterward I would love to get back in touch and do some deals with him. He responded with (paraphrasing)... "Best of luck, but I am not the agent for you in the future. I take my relationships seriously and value my time."
Damn. The first part was fine, but the second part, harsh! As my mom said - good thing I found out this is how he operates now, versus later.
Still looking for a home to flip! There is a home I am looking at that will be auctioned on the Fulton County Court House steps on Sept 6. I am trying to research all I can about the property. Buying at the court house is risky, because you can't go inside before the auction. But it is on the perfect street, in the perfect neighborhood. If the price is right, it might make sense. Once I find out there are no crazy liens (fingers crossed!), I am going to ask my partner to meet me out there and give it a look. Nice thing, it is right down the street from the other property she is renovating!
Oh, and I ordered business cards! Now I am REALLY official, right?
